I offer trauma-informed counselling that works with the nervous system to help people process difficult experiences and patterns that continue to affect their lives.

About
Hi, I’m Samantha, a Counselling Psychologist and Trauma Therapist. I believe our pain makes sense in context — in the families, relationships, and social systems that have shaped us. My work is relational and attachment-focused, and I pay close attention to power dynamics, cultural conditioning, and the ways survival patterns develop in response to them.

Services
I offer a safe and confidential space where your experiences are met with care, curiosity, and respect. My work is trauma-focused and relational, integrating somatic awareness with approaches such as Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment-focused therapy, Parts work, Mindfulness-based practices, and Person-centered therapy.

Together, we explore your experiences within the context of your relationships and lived environments, supporting gentle trauma processing, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of emotional and relational safety. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, complex trauma, relational abuse or seeking greater self-understanding, our work will move at a pace that feels collaborative, grounded, and attuned to your needs.

We usually begin with weekly sessions so that the work can develop safely and with continuity. Over time sessions may become less frequent depending on your needs.
Sessions are 60 minutes and are currently conducted online.
