About

Hi, I’m Samantha, a counselling psychologist and trauma therapist. I believe our pain makes sense in context — in the families, relationships, and social systems that have shaped us. My work is relational and attachment-focused, and I pay close attention to power dynamics, cultural conditioning, and the ways survival patterns develop in response to them.

Drawing from somatic and evidence-based trauma approaches, I support gentle processing, emotional and relational safety, and a deeper reconnection with your sense of self — always collaboratively and at your pace.

Services

I offer a safe and confidential space where your experiences are met with care, curiosity, and respect. My work is trauma-focused and relational, integrating somatic awareness with approaches such as Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, attachment-focused therapy, parts work, mindfulness-based practices, and person-centered therapy.

Together, we explore your experiences within the context of your relationships and lived environments, supporting gentle trauma processing, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of emotional and relational safety.
