Hi, I'm Samantha, a counselling psychologist specializing in trauma-informed therapy with a Master in Guidance and Counselling. I believe that healing happens when you feel truly seen, safe, and supported. My approach combines mindfulness practices with somatic awareness to help you process trauma and reconnect with yourself.
