YOGA :
Joining mind, body and soul. Yoga comprises of Asanas,
Pranayama and Dhyana (meditation) along with Yama,
Niyama, Prathyahara, Dharana (concentration), and
finally Samadhi (enlightenment). These 8 parts are
termed as limbs and known as Astanga Yoga by Sage
Pathanjali in his aphorism.
Yoga Therapy : In
this world almost all of them realize themselves only
when they reach the stage where their physical body as
wearied off due to stress and strain but the mind
still remains of doing the same. Yoga is used to
control mind primarily by making body to regain its
vitality and power slowly by Asanas and proper
utilisation of breath by Pranayama and finally one can
manifest what she/he wants in meditation .
You believe it or not by doing Asanas, Pranayama and
Meditation with the prescribed diet you will reduce
your physical suffering and lead a life of contentment
and bliss. |
